S’mores and Peaches

I’ve been dying to experiment with a s’mores cupcake recipe and I think I’m in love with this one.  It’s a graham cracker cake with LOTS of graham cracker crumbs baked right in, then I filled it with a gooey chocolate filling and topped it with a to-die-for marshmallow/buttercream frosting (sounds weird, but OMG YUM!) and then garnished it with more graham cracker crumbs, a chocolate drop candy, and a wedge of graham cracker.  If this doesn’t satisfy your s’mores needs, nothing will.  In fact, I liked it so much that I’m adding it to my menu!


And, an old flavor revisited.  I revamped my peach recipe and it’s better than ever.  This one has peach puree in the cake AND in the frosting 🙂
